Event Planner Duties


-Promote and execute comprehensive events for company and its executives
-Provide guidance and support for internal event planning
-Improve internal communications through events
-Develop and manage budget for the event
-Provide per-event and post-event reports
-Ensure a smooth flow of events
-Responsible for coordinating staff
-Provide guidance with the execution of events
-Oversee all logistics of event execution
-Maintain a working knowledge of legal and regulatory prerequisites
-Manage vendors and staff
-Manage all promotional aspects of the event
-Provide post-event reports
-Manage event logistics

Event Planner Responsibilities


-Plan and execute all aspects of events, including site selection, vendor selection, vendor contracts, setup and breakdown, logistics, and on-site accounting
-Coordinate all aspects of onsite event operations, including management of staff, volunteers, services, and equipment
-Execute per-event and on-site event marketing
-Manage budgeting and expense tracking
-Develop, maintain, and administer the operating budget
-Generate reports for key stakeholders, including department leaders and management
-Coordinate with security, parking, and other outside vendors
-Maintain established relationships with vendors and subcontractors
-Other duties as assigned or requested

Requirment And Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality management or related field
2+ years’ proven experience in an Event Planning position
-Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
-Excellent organizational skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
