Event Promoter Duties:

Event Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and sales promotion
  • Identify and recruit site locations and secure necessary materials and other supplies
  • Plan and coordinate all event facilities, including its catering, setup, cleanup, and decorations
  • Manage all event finances, including budgets, forecasts, and forecasts
