Executive Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Establish and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings and travel.
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning and attaching files, preparing printed materials, and compiling and sorting outgoing documents.
  • Perform high-level administrative duties, including scheduling high-level executives, making travel arrangements, handling expense reports, and managing office supply orders.
  • Attend meetings and conference calls, and communicate with internal employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various administrative topics.
  • Conduct other related administrative tasks as assigned.
