Job Brief:

We're looking for an Executive Assistant that provides high-level administrative support to our executive team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, then we want to hear from you!

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Oversee all administrative and operational tasks within assigned department.
  • Maintain a calendar for meetings and events.
  • Perform expense reports and reviews.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative duties, including general ledger entries, preparing financial statements, and data entry.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning, reports and analysis, and other finance-related tasks.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including collateral, speeches, letters, PowerPoint, and reports.
  • Perform research and compile information for the executive team.
  • Handle business travel, including booking reservations and expense reports.
