We’re looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our team and help us create amazing content that our audience will love. As our Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our video content, from pre-production to post-production. You will also be working closely with our team of creatives to ensure that our videos are of the highest quality and meet our editorial standards. Executive Producer Duties:

Executive Producer Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain business plans to maximize profitability and market share, and to monitor and report achieving those plans to upper management
  • Oversee production, including budget, scheduling, contracts, and quality control for projects
  • Supervise and train staff and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate standard of work
  • Manage and supervise project teams to ensure on-time execution, quality, and adherence to budgets
  • Execute day-to-day financial and operational tasks, including financial reporting, cash flow management, contract administration, insurance, and budgeting
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, television, communications, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a producing role
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality video products, from conception to delivery
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent understanding of broadcast and documentary
