Field Officer Duties:

  • Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers
  • Provide assistance with insurance related matters, including claims handling, service, and policy questions
  • Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options
  • Solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors

Field Officer Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of field operations, including onsite installations, lifecycle support, and inventory control
  • Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
  • Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
  • Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
  • Oversee all project preparation, material preparation and installation, and jobsite safety
  • Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee all field activities, from installation to end of lifecycle support
  • Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or a minimum of 10 years experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn
