We’re looking for a Financial Admin Assistant who is responsible for handling a range of financial and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work well under pressure. They will also be responsible for maintaining financial records and providing support to the financial team.

Financial Admin Assistant Duties:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including deposits and bank reconciliations
  • Manage fixed assets, including inventory control and issues
  • Track purchases and inventory

  • Perform other administrative duties

Financial Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
