We’re looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Front Desk Representative Duties:

  • Make reservations for guests and handle all hotel/motel guest account inquiries
  • Establish and maintain guest loyalty by identifying and meeting guest needs
  • Provide a positive first impression for guests by greeting them, addressing their inquiries, and seating them at a clean and well-stocked dining area
