We’re looking for a Game Programmer to help us develop the next big hit game! You will be responsible for programming the game logic and ensuring that the game runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone with experience in game programming, who is creative and can think outside the box to come up with new and innovative ideas. Game Programmer Duties:

  • Design and develop computer applications that utilize various technologies to resolve specific problems
  • Create and develop data management systems that efficiently store, retrieve, and manage data
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot software systems
  • Create and maintain programs, procedures, and manuals that establish guidelines and procedures for the use and maintenance of the system
  • Research, develop, and test software and systems for usability and efficiency
  • Educate and train users and clients on system use, functions, and policies
  • Maintain and update technical information on system updates and enhancements

Game Programmer Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, test, debug, and maintain sophisticated 3D video games
  • Create in-game content including environments, characters, and animations using Maya, Modo, Houdini, Photoshop, Flash, and Unity
  • Perform real-time lighting calculations, optimization, rendering and memory management
  • Support marketing and promotion teams by developing supporting content and tools
  • Participate in and contribute to game development community
  • Work with artists and designers to create game concepts and bring them to life
  • Work closely with the game design team to maintain the game’s vision, functionality, and accuracy
  • Ensur that project milestones are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience developing video games
