Growth Hacker Duties:

  • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, using data and research to identify target markets and user cohorts

  • Develop web content, blogs, and social media posts that engage and grow following
  • Develop and implement social media experiments, such as A/B testing, to drive growth

  • Track performance, ROI, and results of ad campaigns
  • Approve all marketing spend
  • Overall, conduct growth hacking for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

Growth Hacker Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to identify, acquire, and retain users
  • Gather and manage user data to optimize our website, sales funnel, and digital communication campaigns
  • Evaluate user behavior, assess drivers, and evaluate scalable opportunities to grow our users
  • Measure the effectiveness of our growth campaigns, and use insights gained to optimize future campaigns
  • Research, test, evaluate, and implement new product features, tools, and content
  • Create, implement, and maintain growth strategies

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and/or paid advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in digital marketing
