- Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities, using data and research to identify target markets and user cohorts
- Create strategies to leverage social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to drive marketing, engagement, and lead generation
- Develop web content, blogs, and social media posts that engage and grow following
- Develop and implement social media experiments, such as A/B testing, to drive growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor successful campaigns to drive ROI
- Track performance, ROI, and results of ad campaigns
- Approve all marketing spend
- Overall, conduct growth hacking for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
Growth Hacker Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to identify, acquire, and retain users
- Gather and manage user data to optimize our website, sales funnel, and digital communication campaigns
- Evaluate user behavior, assess drivers, and evaluate scalable opportunities to grow our users
- Measure the effectiveness of our growth campaigns, and use insights gained to optimize future campaigns
- Research, test, evaluate, and implement new product features, tools, and content
- Create, implement, and maintain growth strategies
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and/or paid advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in digital marketing
