Guitarist Duties:

  • Assist in the planning and creation of music, lyrics, and stage productions
  • Record music and lyrics
  • Produce and perform music
  • Deliver music in concerts
  • Perform in jam sessions

Guitarist Responsibilities:

  • Play several instruments, including guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums
  • Write, arrange, and perform original music
  • Perform live at venues, bars, and cafes
  • Record and produce original or cover music
  • Develop marketing plans to promote music
  • Teach music lessons
  • Be available to travel
  • Perform 2-3 sets per event
  • Require at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and to meet deadlines
  • Great communication skills
  • Be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Play other musical instruments (flute, violin, etc…)
  • Fluent in English

  • Experienced in playing several styles of music
  • Excellent guitar skills
  • Skilled with studio recording techniques
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of gear and sound equipment
  • Ability to regularly play gigs at bars, clubs, and coffeehouses
