  • Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets

  • Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations
  • Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, accounting, or related field
  • Knowledge of property management accounting procedures, legal requirements, and capital markets
  • Familiar with accounting software packages, including Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with property management information systems
  • Experience with Excel (financial projections and forecasting)
