Job Brief:

We're looking for a Headhunter to help us find the best possible candidates for our open positions. We're looking for someone who is experienced in sourcing and screening candidates, and who is able to find the best candidates for our needs. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and who has a great attitude.

Headhunter Duties:

  • Solicit, prepare, and present resumes, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates
  • Evaluate and screen candidates and then determine next steps for interviews and hiring
  • Provide guidance to employees on conducting interviews
  • Provide feedback to the HR team
  • Develop and update company databases
  • Promote company brand and image through effective communication
  • Provide feedback to senior management
