We're looking for a Health Services Administrator who is passionate about improving healthcare for all. Health Services Administrator Duties:

Health Services Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Administer building-wide health services, including employee health, family health, and employee assistance services
  • Manage health administration team by planning and monitoring work schedules, hiring, performance appraisals, and conducting staff meetings
  • Conduct health screenings to identify risk factors and illnesses, and recommend preventive strategies, and oversee health records
  • Contact and refer employees to specialists or hospitals as necessary
  • Help employees and their families navigate the healthcare system, including paperwork, appointments, billing, and insurance
  • Maintain compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to health services administration, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in health services administration
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and applicable state and federal regulations
