Job Brief:

We’re looking for Hospital Scribe to help us out with our medical transcription needs. You’ll be working with our team of medical professionals to ensure that our patients’ medical records are accurate and up to date. If you have a strong attention to detail and are able to work quickly and accurately, we’d love to have you on our team!

Hospital Scribe Duties:

  • Maintain adequate patient volume to meet daily goals
  • Complete daily documentation assignments
  • Correct patient charts to be in compliance with standard SOPs
  • Ensure documentation is always accurate
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
  • Perform clerical tasks to ensure patient flow is not interrupted
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Hospital Scribe Responsibilities:

  • Attendance at an accredited high school or GED equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Writing experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a medical setting preferred
