Job Brief:

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospital Secretary to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our hospital staff. Some of your key duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with patient care. If you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Hospital Secretary Responsibilities:

  • Attend to administrative duties and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain and update patient charts
  • Research patient information and update patient records
  • Monitor patient rooms and hallways to ensure patients are comfortable
  • Assist with patient care, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
  • Remind patients to take their prescribed medication
  • Provide basic assistance with basic clerical and administrative tasks
  • Complete other duties as required

Requirements And Skills:
