Job Brief:

We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of housekeepers and make sure our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Housekeeping Supervisor Duties:

  • Manage the housekeeping department, employees, and operations within the facility
  • Manage department budget and resources
  • Manage inventory supplies and equipment
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation within the facility
  • Ensure all housekeeping employees follow the appropriate protocols
  • Delegate housekeeping tasks to employees as needed
  • Provide feedback to employees to improve performance
  • Provide feedback to management on employee performance
  • Supervise and oversee the performance of housekeeping employees
  • Provide feedback to management on employee performance
  • Oversee daily operation of the housekeeping department

Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all housekeeping staff, including scheduling, assigning work, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Maintain common areas, guest rooms, exterior areas, and guest laundry areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions in public areas, guest rooms, and areas used by guests and employees
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
