Human Resources Management Consultant Duties:

  • Provide HR support in all areas of recruitment, employee development, and compensation
  • Develop, implement, promote, and maintain an HR program
  • Ensure all staff is aware of policies and regulations
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to resolve employee issues
  • Create and manage a comprehensive HR database
  • Recommend and implement new HR policies and procedures
