Job Brief:

We're looking for Implementation Consultant to help us design and deliver software solutions to our clients. As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and requirements. You will be responsible for the implementation of the software solutions and for providing support to our clients during the implementation process.

Implementation Consultant Duties:

  • Identify, prioritize, and prioritize work processes, systems, and applications
  • Work with internal project stakeholders and customers to address and resolve issues and problems
  • Manage and implement area processes based on best practices
  • Provide training and information to stakeholders and customers
  • Develop documentation and guidance
  • Provide support to customers during implementation
  • Develop and propose new systems and applications
  • Promote implementation of processes and systems
  • Advise on system selection, development, deployment, and integration
  • Work with team members and project stakeholders to create and/or manage project schedules

Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Manage project implementation in conjunction with internal partners and client stakeholders
  • Lead project team through technical and functional requirements
  • Assist in defining the scope, objectives, and measures of a project
  • Conduct feasibility study and solution architecture development
  • Develop a proof-of-concept, test plan, and implementation plan
  • Prepare project scope and planning documents, and coordinate project implementation
  • Oversee project implementation, manage scope, schedule, and resources
