Job Brief:

We're looking for an Independent Distributor who is passionate about health and fitness to help us promote our new line of products.

Independent Distributor Duties:

  • Assist in expanding the company’s client base in your area through direct sales
  • Participate in company sponsored promotional activities and provide necessary input
  • Contribute to the development strategies of the corporation
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Create and evaluate marketing campaigns that deliver high quality results
  • Work closely with sales, merchandising, and operational teams to optimize client experience
  • Provide input into the overall client experience
  • Maintain regular communication with the home office concerning client feedback and performance

Independent Distributor Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales, and recruit independent distributors
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and business partners, including maintaining a positive relationship with existing customers
  • Deliver presentations, train distributors, and provide ongoing training and support
  • Manage distributor operations and their activity
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers, prospects, and business partners
  • Maintain prospect databases through phone, email, website, and social media
  • Manage daily sales goals
  • Conduct regular communication with teams and managers
  • Execute company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain accurate records, complete reports, and file documents
  • Follow through on customer concerns and complaints
  • Develop and maintain awareness and knowledge of company products, services, and industry, including new product launches
  • Create strong relationships with internal and external resources
