Inside Sales Executive Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, initial contact, qualification, proposal and presentation, and customer follow-up.
  • Develop strong relationships with a defined list of key account contacts, while providing consistent, exceptional customer service
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking events, and cold calls
  • Track and measure sales data, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and metrics
  • Meet monthly sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the competitive landscape

Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats, and perform outbound calling and emails to provide information about our products and services to customers
  • Research and develop leads; organize and prioritize incoming requests
  • Handle and manage sales opportunities to meet defined goals and metrics
  • Uphold HIG and CoE standards, comply with all policies, procedures, and practices
  • Develop and maintain customer records
  • Resolve customer concerns and educate customers about the products we supply
  • Follow up on all leads and opportunities, and evaluate and monitor performance

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 2+ years’ proven experience as an inside sales executive or sales assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
