Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial analysis and investment banking. They will be responsible for supporting the investment team in all aspects of the investment process.

Investment Analyst Duties:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and other outside investment professionals
  • Research investment products
  • Develop investment / financial models and reports
  • Make recommendations based on client/project needs

Investment Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Generate project leads in assigned territory, identify and research project opportunities, and determine financial feasibility and maximum expected returns
  • Develop and maintain project pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Participate in client presentations and proposals
  • Participate in due diligence and closing process, including negotiating terms and drafting contracts
  • Develop and manage client relationships from start to finish
  • Prepare written reports, including site visits and schedules, project overviews, and market analyses
  • Provide clients with updates on project status and developments
  • Attend conference calls and conferences
  • Research, evaluate, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities
  • Visit client sites, meet prospective clients, and research market conditions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and other proposal materials

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in investment analysis or financial analysis
  • Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to consistently and effectively evaluate data and information
  • Knowledge of investment securities/markets
