Job Brief:

We're looking for an experienced Invoice Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, and be able to handle a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you!

Invoice Clerk Duties:

  • Ensure invoices are processed, reconciled, and billed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Input and process new information on invoices
  • Calculate and record payments
  • Pay vendors electronically
  • Maintain and file invoices
  • Generate invoice reports

Invoice Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices into company financials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for parts, materials, and finished product, including tracking and coordination of shipments and schedule deliveries
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions, including receiving and auditing of materials
  • Assist with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, unpacking, staging, stocking, and some inventory control
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, including cleaning, repairs, and troubleshooting, and restocking supplies
  • Execute shipping, receiving, accounting, and warehouse functions
