Job Brief:

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst who can help us with our computer systems. We need someone who is experienced in troubleshooting and resolving computer issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.

IT Support Analyst Duties:

  • Provides IT services to end users, including but not limited to: desktop equipment, networks (LAN, WAN, Wireless), Internet, email, productivity applications, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and terminal services
  • Performs administrative and technical tasks as needed
  • Maintains hardware inventory, software and licenses, and related documentation
  • Provides help desk support for end users
  • Works with users to configure, optimize, and improve computer hardware and operating systems
  • Provides on-call support, maintaining 24×7 availability, as specified in the on-call rotation
  • Assists in performing system backups
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Maintain systems to ensure timely and accurate data output
  • Implement, monitor, and test improvements to the company’s IT environment
  • Research and resolve IT network, software, and hardware issues
  • Provide technical support for phone, email, and other IT systems
