Job Brief:

We're looking for IT Technical Support to provide support for our computer systems and fix any technical issues that may arise. We need someone who is knowledgeable in computer systems and can troubleshoot any problems that we may have. If you have the skills and experience that we're looking for, then we want you on our team!

IT Technical Support Duties:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers and coworkers, problem-solve issues, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote IT support, diagnosing and resolving issues that may arise.
  • Provide support for server and network equipment, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Research, gather, and report on software and hardware issues/concerns.
  • Provide assistance with office equipment, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with filing systems.
  • Help with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

IT Technical Support Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support department leaders in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees and contractors.
  • Provide on-site IT support for client sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
  • Maintain equipment and software inventory.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain and update documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions.

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Professional certification preferred.
  • Two or more years’ experience providing technical support in a business environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
  • Knowledge of OS/network configuring and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously.
