We're looking for a Junior Account Manager who is passionate about their work and is looking to grow their career in the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Junior Account Manager Duties:

  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction
  • Greet and acknowledge all clients upon entry
  • Prepare packages, review invoices, and process payments
  • Handle all client calls, requests, and concerns
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales quotas
  • Become proficient in all sales tools
  • Assist in analyzing and identifying new business opportunities
  • Prepare proposals for clients

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
  • Answer technical questions about the company, products, and services and transfer calls to the appropriate party
  • Set appointments and make sales presentations
  • Integrate with all departments of the company, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report metrics and results, including monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and return on investment, to the General Manager
  • Maintain a professional, systematic, and orderly work environment
  • Attend events and community meetings, as needed
