Job Brief:

We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best candidates for our open positions. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Junior Recruiter Duties:

  • Assist with market research, candidate qualification, and industry research
  • Identify, recruit, screen, and schedule candidates
  • Meet with candidates to pre-screen and qualify
  • Handle candidate inquiries and requests
  • Generate job order and requisition documents
  • Research and match candidates with appropriate jobs
  • Research and conduct background checks
  • Complete necessary documentation and submit required reports
  • Keep abreast of internal policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships
  • Produce accurate, detailed, and well organized reports
  • Organize and manage personnel issues
  • Assist with the development of workflow processes

Junior Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Screen, interview, and reference check job applicants, as well as perform other general office duties
  • Research and apply for open positions, and submit resumes to employers
  • Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and record keeping
