Job Brief:

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team! As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu development, food cost management, and kitchen staff supervision. If you are a motivated leader with a passion for food, we want you!

Kitchen Manager Duties:

  • Manage dish washing, food production, and maintenance for catering events
  • Create menus and schedules for food preparation using recipes, standards, and regulations
  • Maintain inventory and kitchen equipment
  • Prepare food service by cooking, grilling, baking, frying, and roasting foods
