Your duties will include preparing and organizing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, handling correspondence, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.   • Ensure that optimal workflow is maintained by providing administrative support for all attorneys and staff
  • Provide administrative support for the firms various clients
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, vendors, and business partners
  • Communicate with outside legal counsel and customers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling, travel, and meetings
  • Maintain calendars, develop schedules, and handle complex travel arrangements for management team, as well as assist with travel arrangements for contractors
  • Cooperate with outside counsel and other legal professionals, and assist in the preparation of legal documents
  • Assist in the creation of office procedures and policies
  • Review and sign legal documents, and prepare and file reports
  • Prepare and distribute office correspondence
  • Maintain internal records, files, and database
  • Conduct and track corporate records and accounting, and develop reports for senior management and business partners
  • Prepare expense reports for management and track expenses
  • Track correspondence and file paper and electronic files
  • Maintain and update company databases, including Excel and Word documents
  • Perform other related duties as required
