We’re looking for a Logistics Associate who is detail-oriented and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and be able to effectively manage and coordinate shipments.

Logistics Associate Duties:

  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and other items through warehouse and distribution centers
  • Assist in the maintenance of all types of inventory through cycle counts, physical inventories, and data tracking
  • Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Logistics Associate Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors, customer service representatives, and clients, while maintaining ongoing client relationships
  • Oversee all logistics activities, including scheduling and tracking of all shipments, while ensuring cost-effective transportation
  • Program and attend meetings; follow up on action items
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement logistics events
  • Perform administrative support related to logistics
  • Maintain and update shipping and inventory records
  • Track and manage shipping and receiving costs
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory; clean, maintain, and organize warehouse to ensure maximum space utilization
