We're looking for a Maintenance Assistant to help us keep our facilities in top condition. The right candidate will have experience performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, and will be able to work independently to keep our buildings running smoothly. Maintenance Assistant Duties:

  • Specialize in a specific area, such as electricity, plumbing, janitorial services, etc.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and scrubbing
  • Work with various employees and departments to ensure service needs are met
  • Assist with maintenance projects whenever necessary

  • Maintain property records by filing, indexing, and retrieving paperwork, and maintain all records to conform to professional standards
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, structures, mechanical or electrical equipment, or plumbing fixtures
