Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Makeup Artist to help us with our upcoming photo shoot. We need someone who is skilled in applying makeup and can make our models look their best. If you’re interested in helping us out, please send us your portfolio and we’ll be in touch.

Makeup Artist Duties:

  • Look for opportunities to work with beauty brands and develop magazine edits to present your face/skincare/makeup service offerings
  • Work with clients to prepare them for special events and everyday
  • Establish relationships with clients through positive communication, listening, and empathy
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Develop and implement a makeup application curriculum

Makeup Artist Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality makeup look and service for all celebrities, athletes, and other high-profile clients
  • Makeup for celebrities, athletes, and other high-profile clients
  • Solve makeup problems with makeup and skin care
  • Research product trends and fashions for celebrities, athletes, and other high-profile clients

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in theater, film, or a related field, and 1+ years experience in a makeup department
  • Excellent hands-on application of makeup skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of common beauty techniques
  • Knowledge of common beauty brands
