Job Brief:

We're looking for a Medical Receptionist who is able to provide excellent customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and have experience working in a medical office. If you have a passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Medical Receptionist Duties:

  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Clinic Director and Medical Staff
  • Perform billing and collections
  • Follow up on patient requests, refills, and referrals
  • Maintain records, files, and reports
  • Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
  • Assist with scheduling appointments
  • Provide general office assistance
  • Create and maintain patient records
  • Maintain/update patient files and computer databases
  • Assist with orientation and training of new staff
  • Conduct general office operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:
