Job Brief:

We're looking for a Medical Sales Representative who is passionate about healthcare and helping people. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively communicate with customers and prospects. Medical Sales Representative Duties:

  • Work with the physicians to establish ongoing relationships selling physician’s office services
  • Research and identify potential new physician customers
  • Serve as liaison between physician offices and the sales force
  • Fulfill customer requests, such as scheduling appointments, answering questions, and following up
  • Work closely with Customer Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction

Medical Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Identify, outreach to, and develop new accounts, as well as maintain and foster existing accounts, for designated territory
  • Establish and maintain rapport with customers, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders
  • Develop and implement medical marketing plans to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain customer and physician databases
  • Conduct market research to determine medical market penetration and product/service trends
  • Provide marketing communication to physicians and direct customers, including newsletters, presentations, and literature
  • Report daily sales performance to supervisor

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years in Medical Sales or Medical Customer Services
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to meet imposed deadlines
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
