Job Brief

We're looking for National Account Manager to help us expand our market share in the US. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large retailers and distributors, and will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our business. If you are a motivated self-starter with a track record of success in sales, we want to hear from you!

National Account Manager Duties


-Develop and expand national sales pipeline
-Work with external partners to develop unit sales forecasts
-Provide accurate sales projections and budgets to management
-Specifically, meet or exceed sales goals by generating new sales, maintaining existing accounts, and utilizing marketing resources
-Promote research, development, and design of products
-Develop and enforce relevant policies and procedures
-Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
-Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products, programs, and services
-Understand customer needs and suggest solutions accordingly
-Provide new ideas and solutions to management
-Offer sound recommendations and advice as a subject matter expert
-Any other duties as assigned

National Account Manager Responsibilities


-Maintain and develop long-term, strategic relationships with key executives, stakeholders, and decision makers at targeted accounts
-Support sales efforts by managing and directing account operations
-Meet regularly with key business stakeholders to maintain information flow, identify requirements, and approve strategies
-Manage account strategies, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
-Manage RFP process for targeted account opportunities
-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, including vendors, associations, and organizations
-Develop and execute annual plan to maximize revenue
-Research and evaluate opportunities for account development
-Meet or exceed revenue goals

Requirment And Skills


-Bachelor’s degree or 4-7 years related experience
-Knowledge of construction materials and methods
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of all aspects of business, including customer service, budgeting, resource management, timelines, and scheduling
