Job Brief:

We're looking for a Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel or similar environment and will be able to work independently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and is willing to work hard.

Night Auditor Duties:

  • Review, reconcile, and validate customers’ accounts
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with processing customer refunds
  • Keep accurate records of completed transactions and results of all audits
  • Assist with maintaining records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Research and collect information from customers when needed
  • Confirm and record customers’ signatures when required
  • Transact with employees and customers in a professional manner

Night Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and audit night audit procedures, including building security, identification, and reporting of incidents
  • Maintain thorough and concise documentation, including logs, reports, and incident reports
  • Assist with P&L reporting, budget preparation, and maintenance of related records
  • Research and resolve issues, including employee issues, while complying with policies, procedures, and government regulations
  • Prepare reports and presentations, assist in maintaining data, and conduct special projects for senior management
  • Track attendance for associates
  • Use technology including computers and software
