Operations Analyst Duties:

  • Perform market analysis and forecasting
  • Understand key business concepts, principles, and practices, and assess their applicability to the organization

  • Work as a liaison between SOW and Construction, providing support with contract issues, scheduling, and material management
  • Assist with product and building specifications
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, and coordinate order processing and delivery
  • Manage supplier and logistics inventory
  • Maintain accounting systems

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 1+ year’s experience in operations management or analysis
  • Strong technical acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management tools, principles, and practices
  • Knowledge of project management processes and software
