We’re looking for an Organizational Consultant to help us improve our company’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with organizations of all sizes and will be able to offer advice on how to streamline our operations.

Organizational Consultant Duties:

  • Create, implement, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure organizational goals are fostered by policies and procedures, and that employees understand the goals and are committed to achieving them
  • Advise employees regarding organizational policies and procedures
  • Make recommendations regarding employee development
  • Create, maintain, and monitor organization databases
  • Review, revise, and update organization policies and procedures
  • Understand organization goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics
  • Analyze employee performance and development plans
  • Develop employee training programs
  • Supervise employees to ensure that objectives are met
  • Create, maintain, and monitor organization databases

Organizational Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and expertise to leaders, managers, and teams to implement best practices in human resource management, performance management, and talent management, creating an organizational culture that promotes innovation and high performance
  • Inspire leaders, managers, and employees to maximize their potential by teaching, coaching, and mentoring, and aligning incentives with business goals
  • Maintain and build positive relationships with employees by fostering open lines of communication, and serving as a trusted professional resource
  • Keep up-to-date on market trends, employment law, and new HR technology

Requirements And Skills:

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, human resources, public administration, or a related field and 10+ years experience in progressive Human Resources leadership roles
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, including corporate offices
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic human resource plans
