We’re looking for an Orthodontist to help us improve our smiles. We have heard great things about you and would love to have you as our Orthodontist.

Orthodontist Duties:

• Design and supervise orthodontic procedures and treatments
• Perform clinical assessments and provide treatment recommendations
• Develop treatment plans and treatment plans
• Design and construct orthodontic appliances
• Maintain and update patient records
• Provide regular orthodontic supervision and education
• Provide oral and written reports
• Maintain and organize orthodontic laboratory area
• Track patient progress through treatment plans
• Must be a licensed dentist

Orthodontist Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
• 3+ years’ experience working as an orthodontist, with at least 1 year at an independent orthodontic practice
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a practice
• Demonstrated knowledge of orthodontic equipment

Requirements And Skills:

• Diagnose, plan, and provide orthodontic treatment for children and adults, including braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances
• Utilize orthodontic software and treatment planning software to provide orthodontic treatment
• Attend seminars, study groups, and live clinical training, and acquire continuing education credits
• Attend parent meetings to educate them on orthodontic treatment, develop new patients, and enhance client retention
• Maintain a clean and orderly treatment environment
• Participate in team meetings, including new employee orientation
