We are currently looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing results, and optimizing campaigns to ensure that they are as effective as possible. Paid Marketing Manager Duties


-Develop marketing strategies, plans, and budgets
-Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders
-Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, public relations, advertising, and other marketing programs
-Establish and monitor budgets and report on achievement
-Promote the organization’s image and brand on social media and via traditional media
-Develop and implement effective strategies to increase website traffic, leads, email subscribers, and conversions
-Maintain accurate and current metrics on the effectiveness of various marketing programs
-Create and update web content, marketing collateral, and photographs
-Manage the organization’s brand identity through editorial calendars, style guides, and templates
-Update the organization’s website and online presence with new content
-Perform other duties as assigned

Paid Marketing Manager Responsibilities

-Manage paid search (PPC and SEM) and paid social (Facebook and IG) campaigns
-Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns
-Maintain Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter accounts
-Optimize campaigns and landing pages to attract targeted users
-Analyze and make recommendations to improve paid search performance
-Measure and report on campaign performance, including cost per acquisition and ROI
-Communicate with team members, clients, and prospects
-Track and optimize budgets
-Promote brand awareness through use of paid search and paid social campaigns
-Evaluate competitors' paid search and paid social campaigns and performance
