Job Brief:

We’re looking for Paralegal to join our team in order to help us with our increasing workload. The right candidate will have experience in a legal setting, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Paralegal Duties:

  • Assist attorneys with complex legal matters through research and preparation
  • Assist attorneys with courtroom appearances

Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze legal documents, records, and financial data, and prepare legal documents, records, and correspondence as requested
  • Draft and revise legal documents, letters, and memoranda
  • Review contracts to determine key terms, negotiate deviations, and resolve ambiguities
  • Review legal documents for completeness, accuracy, and clarity, and proofread written and printed documents
  • Print, type, and format documents according to applicable standards
  • Prepare required reports and statistics, and summarize findings
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Three+ years of experience in a real estate practice
  • Knowledge of real estate law, procedures, and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
