Job Brief:

We're looking for a Personnel Administrator who is highly organized and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports. The Personnel Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all employee files are up to date and accurate. Personnel Administrator Duties:

  • Manage personnel records and benefits, including hiring, training, improving performance, and termination
  • Manage employee grievances
  • Prepare and review personnel policies, contracts, and employee benefits
  • Perform employee retention and employee training
  • Maintain employee information
  • Maintain and update employee files/records

Personnel Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including processing basic paperwork, creating multiple excel reports, and monitoring inventory
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding procedures and attend interviews
  • Oversee all HR and payroll functions, including reporting, taxes, and insurance
  • Maintain personnel files and communicate personnel-related issues to management
