Job Brief:
We're looking for a PMO Analyst to work with us on a variety of projects. You should have experience in project management and be able to work with a team of people.
PMO Analyst Duties:
- Maintain existing frameworks and processes for PMO
- Staff and oversee PMO members
- Analyze existing PMO processes
- Identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and process improvements
- Proactively develop new or improved processes
- Generate recommendations for new PMO frameworks
- Promote positive employee engagement
- Ensure flawless execution of organizational objectives by applying PMO best practices
PMO Analyst Responsibilities:
- Acquire, analyze, and interpret project data, generate reports, and assist with preparation of weekly reports and monthly budget projections
- Support the project management office with budget reconciliation, invoicing, and billing
- Make recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction efforts
- Work with internal departments and outside vendors to ensure project outcomes meet expectations and within budget
- Track and report on procurement activities
- Attend and coordinate project meetings, including status, handoff, and project closeout meetings
- Maintain and update project documents
- Oversee all communications and meetings, and disseminate information to appropriate personnel
- Work with outside vendors to expedite delivery of services and materials
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field
- 3+ years experience in project management
- Must have strong MS Office skills including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must have experience with project portfolio management and enterprise project management
