Policy Analyst Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage company policies related to all aspects of the company’s operations
- Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures, policies, and guidelines that incorporate best practices
- Serve as primary liaison between employees and management
- Conduct research to identify and implement changes to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to internal departments
- Serve as primary liaison between company and government agencies

- Conduct research of regulatory and legislative changes and provide recommendations to management

- Assist with risk management and compliance reviews
- Handle matters which may arise between subordinates and managers, and in resolving conflicts

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in analyzing and interpreting data, and preparing reports
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple parties
