Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Practice Manager to join our team and help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a medical practice, be organized and detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Practice Manager Duties:

  • Manage the daily operations of the practice, including managing patients, developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, and overseeing employees
  • Promote the growth and expansion of the practice through patient referrals
  • Managing staff and providing assistance/guidance
  • Developing strategies to improve the efficiency of the practice
  • Maintain accurate patient records, schedules, and billing
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement plans
  • Advocate for and participate in developing and implementing systems to improve quality care

Practice Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a geographically distributed team of clinical, office, and clinical operations staff for a growing practice

  • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
