  • Research, specify, and procure printing equipment, systems, and supplies
  • Develop, design, and execute print materials
  • Maintain high quality of work
  • Maintain schedules for print jobs
  • Ensure that all work is completed within budgetary guidelines
  • Generate sales leads through creative advertising
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on printers, technologies, and associated software
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
  • Develop recommendations, explain implications, and give feedback on design concepts
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Assist with all phases of print production and layout, from ideation and concept development to final production
  • Create print-ready files for digital and print production including scanning and retouching images
  • Manage digital color separations and production workflow
  • Work with external vendors to source print materials and products
  • Create designs for posters, flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with external vendors on color matching ink and printing processes
  • Perform quality checks
  • Oversee printing and mailing
  • Approve materials for print production

Requirements And Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in print design
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or marketing, or 2+ years’ work experience in advertising or marketing
  • Previous experience creating print ads or marketing collateral for clients
  • Excellent visual design, typography, and illustration skills
