Process Analyst Duties

  • Transforms product requirements and business processes into system design deliverables
  • Defines and executes test procedures to ensure product/system is thoroughly tested
  • Leads system testing and post implementation activities to ensure user acceptance
  • Analyzes and researches customer business processes and requirements
  • Designs processes and systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Supporting the development team, provides input and guidance to system design
  • Oversees workflow definition, function and process modeling
  • Manages and coordinates cross-functional teams

Requirements And Skills
