Procurement Specialist Duties:

  • Assist Management in the sourcing, selection, and negotiating of goods and services
  • Track and report on spending and savings
  • Post purchase orders
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
  • Implement cost saving and cost reduction measures
  • Maintain vendor/supplier relationships

Procurement Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Convert vendor quotes into purchase orders and adhere to purchasing policies, standards, and regulations

  • Support the strategic planning process

Requirements And Skills:
