Producer Duties:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage sales strategies
  • Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with company guidelines
  • Proactively seek out new opportunities and new business opportunities
  • Successfully manage all client relationship and project management activities
  • Providing support to all production activities

Producer Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all production and assembly of products to meet quality standards
  • Ensures workers are performing their tasks according to established processes, procedures, and existing safety standards
  • Monitors quality and productivity of products produced in defined areas
  • Maintains effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or related field
  • 2+ years’ proven experience as an administrative assistant, real estate sales support, or broker support
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
