Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our team and help us create amazing products. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for helping to create products from start to finish. This includes everything from helping to design products, to manufacturing them, to packaging them up for shipping. If you’re a creative and detail-oriented person who loves to work with their hands, then we want you on our team!

Production Associate Duties:

  • Support production with daily duties, including fabrication, maintenance, and organization
  • Assist in daily operations by maintaining company inventory and assisting management with clerical duties
  • Perform periodic audits to ensure quality and accuracy of inventory
  • Oversee inventory control and cost control
  • Schedule maintenance, service and repairs, and inventory replacement
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Production Associate Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup of production equipment, materials, tools, and process, including taking inventory and transferring materials between locations
  • Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery
  • Prepare and maintain work orders, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Clean up production areas, and perform general housekeeping tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Previous experience working in manufacturing, production, or manufacturing-related environment
  • Knowledge of basic business & accounting principles
  • Experience with Microsoft office & Microsoft-based software
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Experience with basic computer operation
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both
